M&A Junior Analyst

In a context of a fast-paced growth of our European deals we are looking for an M&A Junior Analyst (Internship).

Mission:

You will be based in Madrid and you will be part of our European team. You will oversee the preparation of marketing material and analysis related to corporate finance transactions and to Tech companies. You will interact with colleagues across Europe, Partners, and local and international stakeholders to gather information/data requested to complete internal reporting tasks. 

Ideal Candidate:

• spanish mother tongue, with a good proficiency in English, a good knowledge of another European language as Italian or French will be considered a plus;
• master degree or Business School Degree with a specialization in Finance;
• excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong ability working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint;
• knowledge or Interest in Tech and IT topics would be considered a plus.
• good planning, time-management, and organizational skills;
• strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
