M&A Junior Analyst

With more than 14 years in M&A Advisory in the Tech industry, we operate from our offices in Milan, New York, London, Paris, and Madrid and have demonstrated global execution capabilities.
We are looking for an M&A Junior Analyst Intern based in Milan for 6 months to begin as soon as possible. As M&A Intern, you will be part of our European team, you will oversee the preparation of marketing material and analysis related to corporate finance transactions and to Tech companies. You will interact with colleagues across Europe, Partners, and local and international stakeholders to gather information/data requested to complete internal reporting tasks.
Ideal Candidate:
- Italian mother tongue, with a good proficiency in English, a good knowledge of another European language as French or Spanish will be considered a plus;
- engineer or Business School Degree with a specialization in Finance (Master Degree) with a previous internship experience in Audit, Transaction Services or M&A;
- excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong ability working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint;
- knowledge or interest in Tech and IT topics would be considered a plus.
- good planning, time-management, and organizational skills;
- strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
