With more than 14 years in M&A Advisory in the Tech industry, we operate from our offices in Milan, New York, London, Paris, and Madrid and have demonstrated global execution capabilities. In a context of a fast-paced growth of our European deals we are looking for an M&A Associate based in Milan.

Mission:

As part of Klecha & Co. European M&A team, you will be involved in all phases of Corporate Finance Tech focused transactions. You will interact with Partners, local and international stakeholders to gather information/data to advice our clients during the preparation and execution of local and cross border deals.

Ideal Candidate:

The ideal candidate must have around 5 years of experience in M&A Advisory, or a previous experience in Transaction Services or Audit. Multitasking, time management and strong communication skills are essential to succeed in this role.

Italian and English are required, the knowledge of another European language will be a plus.
