Senior VP / Director Tech Strategy

With more than 14 years in M&A Advisory in the Tech industry, we operate from our offices in Milan, New York, London, Paris, and Madrid and have demonstrated global execution capabilities.
In the context of a fast-paced growth, we are looking for a talented Senior Vice President/Director with strong strategy consulting background to work alongside the partners on sector consolidation projects for our clients.
Based in Milan, you will work with our M&A European team and with the partners on pan European projects.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to M&A projects through value-added strategic advice
- Define the relevant market research and analysis to identify trends, potential target companies and emerging opportunities
- Develop together with the team comprehensive financial strategies
- Building and maintaining client relationships
Successful candidates must have a strong background in technology-focused strategy consulting with at least 6 years of professional experience in the field.
Candidate should also demonstrate:
- strong communication and interpersonal skills,
- exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills,
- ability to work in teams,
- organization skills and priority management;
Our ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English. The knowledge of another European language is a plus.
