Tech Transaction Advisor

We are seeking a Transaction professional with a strong experience in Accounting to support our M&A European team on local and cross border M&A transactions. You will contribute your experience at European level providing accounting guidance.

Your main responsibilities will be:

- Contribute to M&A projects through value-added accounting advices

- work on in-depth analysis of accounting data to act as an internal expert to our M&A team.

Ideal candidates must have a degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with at least 10 years of professional experience in Transaction Services with a specific track-record within the IT and softwares verticals.

Candidates should demonstrate:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, regulations and best practices.

- In-depth expertise in IFRS and knowledge of French, Spanish, Italian GAAP with a strong attitude to improve their knowledge on other local GAAP

- Curiosity regarding the impact of the accounting on the M&A and on the evolution of the standards within the sector and the different GAAP

- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with a keen attention to detail

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and collabor

 Our ideal candidate is a native Italian speaker, fluent in English. The knowledge of another European language as French or Spanish will be very much appreciated.
